By downloading, installing, or using DualShot Studio (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DualShot Studio is a video recording application that allows you to capture video using your device’s cameras and automatically generate multiple video formats with captions. All processing occurs locally on your device.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using DualShot Studio. We do not claim ownership of any videos, images, or other content produced through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Record or distribute content that violates the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is the property of DualShot Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualShot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
